Regions have been added to the following countries: Afghanistan (AF), Åland Islands (AX), Albania (AL), Algeria (DZ), American Samoa (AS), Andorra (AD), Angola (AO), Anguilla (AI), Antarctica (AQ), Armenia (AM), Aruba (AW), Antigua and Barbuda (AG).
