be0294e205 Adds documentation about the HTTP basic auth 
HTTP basic authentication is available since 055237f and usage is briefly explained in
[a blog post](https://news.screenly.io/screenly-ose-0-10-is-out-a34978d98a54).

This commit adds documentation on how to enable HTTP basic authentication.
