d2b6c05811 Cleans up upgrade (via web UI) code (#1947) 
* cleanup upgrade (via web UI) code
* rename `screenly.scss` and `screenly.css` files to `anthias.scss`
and `anthias.css`, respectively
* install Node.js dependencies for transpiling SASS files
* add NPM scripts for compiling SASS and CoffeeScript in development mode
