Viktor Petersson 031656f697 fix(rpi-imager): repair broken Anthias icon URL (#2918) ...

- Host the icon at https://anthias.screenly.io/img/anthias-icon.svg
  (Hugo serves website/static/), so future repo reshuffles do not
  break Pi Imager's icon reference.
- Update build-balena-disk-image.yaml and balena.yml to use the
  stable URL when generating per-board rpi-imager.json snippets.
- Restore static/img/square-dark.svg at the legacy path so the
  existing URL baked into Raspberry Pi's master OS list keeps
  serving until that upstream entry is updated.
