6266b86998 Apache Etag issue 
A -gzip suffix seems to be added and not removed somewhere in the Apache
+ PHP7 stack, which caused the caching to fail (the 304 Not Modified
responses were not working anymore).
Related to https://bz.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=39727
