662c9fcc2f fix: Fix check of existing usernames in cli scripts (#5667) 
`preg_grep` returns an empty array if the username matches no elements
from the usernames array.

Regression introduced in 7f9594b8c7

The new shebang is a portable way to find the php interpreter. It works
on Mac, GNU/Linux and BSD.

71b4226dc7 Add an option validation on cli commands (#2278) 
If an option used on cli is not recognized, the command
aborts and displays an error message.
If the typed option is similar to one of the recognized
options, a hint is displayed.

At the moment, there is a limitation on long options.
Short options are not validated at the moment.
