* Detection of non-unique GUIDs

Some feeds are using GUIDs, but fail to make them unique.
Example: https://www.kbh-sprogcenter.dk/en/category/danish-break/feed/
This patch detects non-unique GUIDs, and disable GUIDs in that specific
case.
