Marien Fressinaud b355a45c35 Change behaviour of #add_rss input.extend

UI was frustrating when input had the focus: we needed to click elsewhere to
be able to open the next dropdown.

Custom base.css file with colors, backgrounds and borders
Change information in metadata.json file (at least, give a name!)
Choose your new theme in FreshRSS configuration
