Alexis Degrugillier 7da0e70a72 Add a way to modify CSP rules within an extension (#6246 )

This will allow to change CSP rules to authorize the use of external scripts.
We might need to add some safeguard since it will be virtually possible to
load any script even malicious one.

Updating libraries

Some of the libraries in this folder can be updated semi-automatically by invoking:

cd ./FreshRSS/lib/
composer update --no-autoloader

Remember to read the change-logs, proof-read the changes, preserve possible local patches, add irrelevant files to .gitignore (minimal installation), and test before committing.
