celenity 450bcaa7e9 fix: Clean-up and update release handling (specifically for release notes) ...

Notably:

- Changes are now specified directly at `CHANGELOG.md` (instead of just in the PR)
- Release notes and information are now uploaded to `https://ironfoxoss.org/releases` (So we can now just link to/use this page for releases directly, instead of using GitLab)
