celenity c18429ac8e feat: move strings and certain assets to IronFox Core ...

This is preferable as it allows us to re-use strings (as well as these assets) across different components (such as in Mozilla's Android Component libraries and GeckoView), with the current approach, we're limited to only being able to use the strings/assets in Fenix

The exception for this is onboarding strings - those must be in Fenix directly (due to how the onboarding strings are parsed via `nimbus-fml`)
