Michael Bucari-Tovo	2d6120f0c4	Get full library in LibrarySizeChanged event and pass as EventArgs ... There are multiple subscribers to LibraryCommands.LibrarySizeChanged, and each one calls GetLibrary_Flat_NoTracking().
