Microsoft.EntityFrameworkCore.Sqlite 10.0.11 is the first 10.0.x servicing release to depend on SQLitePCLRaw 2.1.12, which drops the pre-3.50.2 SQLite build flagged by GHSA-2m69-gcr7-jv3q (CVE-2025-6965). DataLayer's Sqlite reference is where that chain enters the solution, so bumping it clears NU1903 from all 23 projects that transitively saw it. Co-authored-by: rmcrackan <rmcrackan@gmail.com>
