Subject: [PATCH] fix(gallery): pin Stable Audio SFX weights

The mutable upstream download no longer matches the gallery checksum.
Pin the file to an immutable revision with the published expected hash.
Regenerate the compatibility gallery and document installation.

Fixes #12924
