fix(nix): use legacy-peer-deps for react-ui

importNpmLock turns the same-version hono override into a file: tarball
that conflicts with the direct dependency (EOVERRIDE). Pass
--legacy-peer-deps so the flake build can proceed without
touching package.json (open #11633).

Fixes #11804
