test(addons): sync the tables-tools case inventory with its specs

The suite runs 16 specs that the inventory did not list and no longer
runs 2 that it did, after the legacy argument shims were removed. The
required-case comparison failed in the Add-on Tests job. List the specs
that run and drop the two that are gone.
