These five pages kept their English text in en.js files or in strings
inside the page code, so the add-on locale gate did not cover them and
they could not be translated.
Each page now reads one JSON bundle per language of the web UI, checked
by the add-on locale gate. A list of notes is stored as numbered keys
and put back together by the page. Fine-tuning and quantization take
every language from the host tools locale files, plus a few own keys
that are translated in all languages. Voice, face and memory have a
draft Italian translation; their other languages repeat the English
text for the keys the host has no translation for.

Add a Notice component to the add-on settings kit so a package can show
the host's own notice: severity, title, reason and one action. The
Memory add-on page uses it to say that memory is built in and to link to
Settings > Memory. A host without Notice falls back to Callout.

Declare the save-mode user setting (ask, auto, never; default ask) and
edit it on the Short memory page with the settings kit, a line for each
option, and the rule that messaging apps and background runs always ask.
The page reads and writes through sdk.userSettings and keeps the earlier
choice on screen when a save fails. The memory skill now says what to
tell the user for each answer of propose_change.

The add-on declares the three index files of the person's notes
(capabilities.contextFiles, manifest API 2), so the host loads them into
the prompt and serves their topics with context_read. It ships two skills:
memory, whose description asks the model to read the matching topic before
it answers almost anything and to save a note only as a proposal the person
confirms, and memory-check-own-files, which says what the model can and
cannot read. Its executable serves no tool, and its page explains the notes
and opens the Memory tab of the account.
The add-on joins the packaging matrix, the release workflow, the library
index and the case inventory. The declared capabilities the host hands to
an add-on now include the context files.
