The agent form now has an Effective view that says in plain words what
the agent can do right now, worked out from the form as it stands, saved
or not: tools, skills, files, extra rights, rights it uses on its own,
the memory choice and the save level that applies, knowledge
collections and messaging connections. Each line names the section it
explains. Anything blocked shows its reason code and one fix: a button
that moves to the switch on this form, or a link to the page that owns
it. A connection that is saved is checked with the existing access
preview endpoint. A line says when memory is off in the person's
Settings.

Try it sends a message to a short-lived test chat built from the form
(model, tool switches, instructions as the system prompt) without saving
the agent. The panel says that permissions, memory, knowledge and
folders are not used by the test, and the chat is deleted on close. The
header gets a More menu with Export for a saved agent.
