Add a manifest credentials declaration, host-enforced per-binding resource lists, Request.Credential and ResourceKey set by the host, and a typed ErrRateLimited that reaches the model as rate_limited. Assisted-by: Claude:claude-sonnet-5-5 [go]

// Package tools is the runtime of the GitHub add-on's read tools. Each tool
// reads one repository with the token that the host hands over in the request.
// The host checked the repository against the list the person gave the
// binding before this code ran; the add-on checks the same again and never
// widens it.
//
// What GitHub returns is text that other people wrote. Every result is wrapped
// in an object that says so, and the add-on never follows a link or runs
// anything it reads.
