The Tools menu of a chat listed a ninth built-in group, "changes", by its raw ID with no text, and only some rows said what a switch did. The registry now carries a title, a description of what the model can do when the group is on, and what happens when it is off, for every group. Groups that nobody described fall back to the label and description of their first tool, so a new tool group needs no change in the interface. An add-on row can show the title and description its manifest declares: the broker may implement the optional AddonLister, and the lists carry both fields next to the ID. A saved agent gets builtins_off and builtins_on. builtins_off is a ceiling: a chat of the agent shows the group off with a reason and cannot switch it on, and a sub-agent follows it. builtins_on lists the opt-in groups the agent's chats start with. Both are additive columns, a write that does not name them keeps the stored ones, and groups the server does not offer are dropped so an imported file still loads. An agent with switches exports as version 3, so an older server refuses the file instead of giving the agent every tool; a single-folder agent without switches still exports as version 2. If you want to do SCSS edits and want to publish these, you need to install PostCSS
npm install
Running the website locally
Building and running the site locally requires a recent extended version of Hugo.
You can find out more about how to install Hugo for your environment in our
Getting started guide.
From the LocalAI repository root, run:
make docs
The Hugo configuration lives in the docs directory. To invoke Hugo
directly instead, run:
cd docs
hugo server
Running a container locally
You can run docsy-example inside a Docker
container, the container runs with a volume bound to the docsy-example
folder. This approach doesn't require you to install any dependencies other
than Docker Desktop on
Windows and Mac, and Docker Compose
on Linux.
-
Build the docker image
docker-compose build -
Run the built image
docker-compose upNOTE: You can run both commands at once with
docker-compose up --build. -
Verify that the service is working.
Open your web browser and type
http://localhost:1313in your navigation bar, This opens a local instance of the docsy-example homepage. You can now make changes to the docsy example and those changes will immediately show up in your browser after you save.
Cleanup
To stop Docker Compose, on your terminal window, press Ctrl + C.
To remove the produced images run:
docker-compose rm
For more information see the Docker Compose documentation.
