Ettore Di Giacinto 0e50c3f9ca feat(addons): let a connector kind declare per-binding options ...

A kind can declare options with a few values and a default (manifest
api 2). The host checks the owner's choice against the declaration,
stores it on the binding, shows it in the REST API and sends the value in
effect with every poll. The add-on decides what the option means.
