Ettore Di Giacinto fe9e2d53e6 feat(pikvm): translate the title and the description of the add-on ...

The add-on joined master after the manifest translations were designed.
It gets its title, description and connector kind text in the eight
languages of the web UI, like the other add-ons, so the packaging gate
that requires them passes for it.
