Ettore Di Giacinto 26767b6b88 refactor(ui): remove the thread context switch from the connector page ...

The connector page no longer shows the switch or sends thread_context.
The host reads the thread of a mention whenever the kind can give it.
The Slack page spec checks that the switch is absent and not sent.
