Ettore Di Giacinto 274d7d983e build(addons): add make addons-zip ...

Write one zip and one sha256 file per add-on and platform into
dist/addons. The script runs package.sh to build and verify the OCI
package and then addonpkg zip on that layout, so there is one build
path. ADDON, PLATFORMS and ADDON_EXECUTABLES pick what to build.
