Ettore Di Giacinto 39f77ae290 fix(ui): carry the add-on library keys in every locale ...

The add-on library and backend library strings existed only in English,
so the other locales had no value for them. Add the missing keys of the
addons namespace to de, es, id, it, ko, pt-BR and zh-CN. The values are
the English text until a translation is contributed.
