Ettore Di Giacinto 4bea5f7775 fix(ui): translate the new Home, Chats and Skills strings ...

Four recent changes added English strings without the other locales, so
the locale completeness gate failed in the UI unit tests. Add the keys
to the eight locales. The baseline stays as it is.
