Ettore Di Giacinto 5a5b2a2e42 test(ui): register the worker when the add-node spec says so ...

The mocked roster added the worker on the third read of /api/nodes. The
shell and the page both read it, and which one asks first depends on
load, so the page could take the new worker as part of the roster it
opened with and never show it as found. The worker now joins after the
page shows it is listening.
