Ettore Di Giacinto 7732c9492a test(ui): hold the gallery answer until the skeleton is seen

The spec delayed the answer by a fixed 800 ms and then looked for the
skeleton. The assertion polls at growing intervals, so on a slow machine
it could step over that window. The answer now waits until the skeleton
has been seen, and the spec then checks that the skeleton goes away.
