Ettore Di Giacinto 82e83bf253 test(addons): move the host operation tests to Ginkgo ...

The hostops tests used the testing package calls that forbidigo rejects.
They now run as Ginkgo specs under one suite bootstrap. Every check and
every per-operation case is kept.
