mudler-agentandEttore Di Giacinto 832dff3c74 fix(model-gallery): point pinned LFM3-Audio entries at main (#12994 )

The checksum bot rewrote the sha256 of the LFM3-Audio mmproj file to the
checksum of the newest upstream version. The uri of every LFM3-Audio
entry stayed pinned to an older commit, so the checksum and the pinned
file disagreed and installs failed the checksum check.

A commit-pinned entry cannot follow the bot's checksum updates. Point
the uri of all files of these entries at main, so the uri and the
bot's checksum agree and the bot keeps them current. The two weight
files are identical in both revisions; only the Q8_0 projector changed.
The entry test now expects the main uri and the new projector checksum.
