Ettore Di Giacinto 78fa0b93a8 feat(addons): list the tables add-on in the first-party index ...

Add the Tables entry to gallery/addons/index.yaml next to the six
existing ones. It comes from addonpkg catalog over a locally built
linux/amd64 package, so the digest pins that image. The official index
test now expects seven add-ons.
