Ettore Di Giacinto 41f98a7907 chore(addons): regenerate the library index ...

The index was not regenerated after the PiKVM approval setting and the
GitHub tool changes, so the generator output and the committed file
differed and the packaging test failed. Regenerate it with catalog.sh and
update the expected GitHub tool count in the test.
