Ettore Di Giacinto d07d52854f feat(studio): estimate the embedding work on a knowledge proposal ...

The collections list reports max_chunk_size and chunk_overlap. The
Suggested changes card for a knowledge text now says how many passages
will be embedded and with which model, estimated from the text size and
the chunking of the server. Without a model name the card says "the
server's embedding model".
