Ettore Di Giacinto 0e89bf1488 test(studio): run the collection adapter against the real service ...

Add and Remove of the chats' collection adapter had only been tried
against a fake. The new specs run them on the real collections service
and its chromem engine, with the embedding call answered in memory, so
they need no model, database or network and run in CI as they are.

They cover storing and searching an entry, removing it by file name
while keeping the others, a repeated undo, a missing collection, the
separation of users, the anonymous root and a service that has not
started.
