localai-org-maint-bot baba351517 fix(gallery): correct Qwen3.8 projector URLs ...

Use the published mmproj filename for both uncensored Q4 and Q8 entries.
The old filename returns 404, preventing model installation.
Preserve the local projector path and existing checksum.
