Ettore Di Giacinto c5c952a117 feat(react-ui): add the host access step, approval and page ...

Show the host operations an add-on asks for in the install dialog, hold
an upgrade that asks for more until an administrator approves it, and add
a Host access tab with the grants of each add-on, the deny rules and the
blanket switch. All strings are in every locale.
