A connection now has a write mode, chosen on the add-on page: off (the default), propose (each change waits for the person to confirm) or auto (a chat of the person makes it at once). The host enforces it for every write tool of an add-on that holds a credential, before the add-on is called, and holds the call to the repository list of the connection. Host: - Binding.WriteMode, stored in both stores and in the connector API (write_mode). Absent means off, so existing bindings stay read only. - A credentialed add-on may declare write tools. They name the resource with the credential slot argument, never resourceId. A tool can set approval "always", a ceiling that keeps a proposal even in auto. - The proposal broker fetches the credential for the preview and again for the apply, so it is never stored. A mode lowered between the proposal and the confirmation refuses the apply. A proposal that awaits a person cannot be confirmed by a chat turn. - New capability name tools.write for the roles a connector kind declares. Add-on, tools (kind write): comment-issue, comment-pr, create-issue, edit-issue (title, close or reopen), add-labels, review-comment-pr. They preview plain facts, refuse a stale target, cap and screen the text for secrets, and keep a receipt journal plus a hidden marker in the text, so a change whose answer was lost is not sent twice. If you want to do SCSS edits and want to publish these, you need to install PostCSS
npm install
Running the website locally
Building and running the site locally requires a recent extended version of Hugo.
You can find out more about how to install Hugo for your environment in our
Getting started guide.
From the LocalAI repository root, run:
make docs
The Hugo configuration lives in the docs directory. To invoke Hugo
directly instead, run:
cd docs
hugo server
Running a container locally
You can run docsy-example inside a Docker
container, the container runs with a volume bound to the docsy-example
folder. This approach doesn't require you to install any dependencies other
than Docker Desktop on
Windows and Mac, and Docker Compose
on Linux.
-
Build the docker image
docker-compose build -
Run the built image
docker-compose upNOTE: You can run both commands at once with
docker-compose up --build. -
Verify that the service is working.
Open your web browser and type
http://localhost:1313in your navigation bar, This opens a local instance of the docsy-example homepage. You can now make changes to the docsy example and those changes will immediately show up in your browser after you save.
Cleanup
To stop Docker Compose, on your terminal window, press Ctrl + C.
To remove the produced images run:
docker-compose rm
For more information see the Docker Compose documentation.
