The single-node loopback transport took a new ephemeral port at each start. The owner stores its address in its identity file and refuses to start when the address differs, so every start after the first failed with "invalid addon owner configuration". Choose the port once, keep it in the add-on state root (loopback-port, mode 0600) and reuse it. If the port is taken at a later start, stop with an error that names the port and --addons-enabled=false, because another port would break the identity check. The keys and certificate stay in memory.
