heardOnCurrentLora

False when the radio has not heard this node over RF on the LoRa configuration it is using now. The radio derives this rather than storing it, so returning to a configuration restores the previous answers. Ask isUnheardOnCurrentLora rather than this flag: false alone does not mean the node became unreachable.
