Mesh Beacon invitations received from other meshes, newest first, minus offers for a channel the radio already has configured (design#140 behavior 10). Filtered reactively at presentation time, not at ingest, so a later channel deletion brings a still-stored invitation back and joining removes it, without ever mutating MeshBeaconRepository.
