Moves the KMP-clean map UI out of androidMain so the upcoming shared MapCompose renderer (and desktop) can use it: MapScreen, WaypointInfoDialog (+previews), and feature:node's TracerouteMapScreen move verbatim. EditWaypointDialog was the one non-clean file: its expiry pickers were android.app DatePickerDialog/TimePickerDialog built on View widgets and android.text.format locale formats. They are rewritten as Material 3 DatePickerDialog/TimePicker composables (a small visible change on Android: M3 pickers and ISO-formatted date labels replace the platform View pickers). Both dialogs also swap the JVM-only Character.toChars for a small multiplatform emojiCodePointToString helper. feature/map/src/androidMain is now empty and removed. The :feature:node module handles node-centric features, including the node list, detailed node information, telemetry charts, and the compass.
Key Components
1. NodeListScreen
Displays all nodes currently known to the application.
2. NodeDetailScreen
Shows exhaustive details for a specific node, including hardware info, position history, and last heard status.
3. MetricsViewModel
Manages the retrieval and display of telemetry data (e.g., battery, SNR, environment metrics) using charts.
4. CompassViewModel
Provides a compass interface to show the relative direction and distance to other nodes.
