Split module-utils into smaller components for better dependency
management. Fix many dependencies throughout the project.

This PR provides a harness test of a current stage `Bluetooth` pairing
functionality. That is provided a `Bluetooth` device name, test logic:
* navigates to a appropriate window
* scans for devices available
* navigates over appropriate device and check's if it is focused
