[MOS-779] Fix music files extensions case sensitivity
...
Fix of the issue that only files with
extension in lowercase were detected
and listed in the music player's
library.
Additionally code cleanup.

- 64kB for big files with short lifetime scope
- 16kB for big files with long lifetime scope
- 1kB - dont changes default forr the rest
