6e12e5834f [EGD-7738] Fix modem reset 
Fixed modem reset procedur so now it will not stuck in cellular
init on factory fresh phone. Also removed T3/T4 board recognition.

ee5b62a14e [EGD-6651] Fix communication with modem on Linux 
Fixed cellular bsp on Linux, so now emulator is able
to comunicate with modem. Fixed memory leak in CellularResult struct.

e532fd8734 [EGD-5748] Remake Cellular flow 
This commit changes TS0710 Worker operation.
1. It introduces MessageBuffers as main
interprocess data passing mechanism.
2. DMA transaction status codes and CMUX errors
are now propagated to Service.
3. Data processing has been refactored.
