Added atexit functionality. All global destructors and functions
registered with atexit() should be called at program exit.
It was possbile to reuse original newlib implementation with
MALLOC_PROVIDED flag set.
Made sure logger destructructor is called as last one.
Due to mudita OS legacy, it was not possible to simply fix dependencies
in global objectes and hence there are neither global objects
destructors nor functions registered with atexit() called when exit()
is called.
Possibly it will be changed later.
Add support for Reboot and Power off for the
_platform_exit code.
Add _platform_exit mode handle

Break circular dependencies in the BSP module. Fix some missing
dependencies which surfaced after fixing BSP.

1. Prepare Pure and Bell specific `Application`
classes and add them to `app` target:
- `products/BellHybrid/apps/Application.cpp`
- `products/PurePhone/apps/Application.cpp`
2. Update `CMakeLists.txt` files.
3. Move `ApplicationBell` implementation to Bell-specific
`Application` class and remove `ApplicationBell` files.
4. Change Bell apps parent classes from `ApplicationBell`
to Bell-specific `Application` class.
5. Rename `Application` to `ApplicationCommon` in the rest of the files.
Images generated using PlantUML had transparent backgrounds which made
their text difficult to read on GitHub when using "Dark Mode". Forcing
a background color of #F0F0F0 ensures they are all readable.
Changed:
- Runtime disabled logs which didn't add value from ServiceDesktop
- Runtime disabled logs which didn't add value from SystemManager
- Added possibility to change runtime logging levels
- Integrated ServiceDesktop developer code a bit - it might be used
as virtual base with little to no modifications for other endpoints
which would result with less redundant code
Extends reboot reason codes after reboot to updater
to detect updater command requests: Update, FactoryReset
and the Recovery.

Because update procedure it is splitted to the two stages
downloading and update throught separate binary we need
to pass ecoboot special flag to request reboot to updater
bin after update procedure.
This patch adds this functionality to the PureOS.
