Due to enabled EHCILL the shutdown procedure takes longer time
than before, so restarting by turning off and on without a delay
caused crash in the BT stack. Added delay between shutdown and
power on to let the stack turn off completely
1. Prepare Pure and Bell specific `Application`
classes and add them to `app` target:
- `products/BellHybrid/apps/Application.cpp`
- `products/PurePhone/apps/Application.cpp`
2. Update `CMakeLists.txt` files.
3. Move `ApplicationBell` implementation to Bell-specific
`Application` class and remove `ApplicationBell` files.
4. Change Bell apps parent classes from `ApplicationBell`
to Bell-specific `Application` class.
5. Rename `Application` to `ApplicationCommon` in the rest of the files.
Reworked AppSettings handling of BT devices to be prepared for
handling the HFP profile, eliminating by the way few bugs and
speeding up the flow (by getting rid of few refreshes).
Added unit tests for handling the BT devices flow
Defined separated cmake library, private and public include
directories and dependencies, isolated public headers from private,
cleaned up include paths and defined which targets depend on new
library, cleaned up include paths
Display and keypad setting cleanup. Moved settings window
Names to separate file. Added selective build options.
Fixed SpinBox arrows position. Fixed focus on window start
in InputLanguageWindow and KeypadLightWindow. Moved AutoLock
to Security. Disabled not working options in UI.

Created structure and implementation for popup windows
attachments on button actions into applications. Moved Volume
window to fit into solution. BarGraph refactored.
Add new window to allow convenient display and globally
change used color intensities for design and testing purposes.
Changes were introduced to Renderer as well as GUI service
to allow global change of used color scheme.
When using list, screen is deep refreshed each
time the color is changed.
Known issues:
Item focus borders (top,bottom) with changed black intensity
may not render properly, however it doesn't obscure the
target functionality.
- add DateAndTimeSettings class and
dateAndTimeSettings global var
(cache for storing date and time related settings),
- add DateAndTimeChangeRequest messages and proper
methods in app::manager::Controller for sending them,
- handle DateAndTimeChangeRequest messages in ApplicationManager,
- add SettingRightItem::Text case for OptionSettings
to provide possibility to add text
on the right side of particular option,
- rename fields in db (settings_tab table):
gs_time_format_12 to gs_time_format
and
gs_time_date_format to gs_date_format
- create only main Date&Time window.
