Imran Remtulla 523b2521a9 fix(ci): remove broken signingConfig sed that mangled multi-line build.gradle.kts ...

The sed only rewrote the first line of the now multi-line signingConfig
if/else expression, orphaning the rest and breaking script compilation.
CI has no key.properties, so build.gradle.kts already sets signingConfig
to null and produces unsigned APKs.
