- Port Żmij for shortest output and output with up to 18 significant digits for f16, f32 and f64 - Write all fast output with fixed-size copies in _format_precision - format_digits: write runs of digits and zeros at once and cap huge precisions so they cannot hang - Fix round_shortest when the upper bound has fewer digits - Extend _POWER_OF_FIVE_128 to 5^341 for output with a precision
