Jeroen van Rijn 306f15e0ec Fix ranging over a map index expression with a missing key ...

`for v in m[key]` took the address of the map value through the map
lookup, which is nil when the key is missing, and crashed for map, array,
enumerated array, fixed capacity dynamic array and dynamic array values.
Iterate over a zeroed local in that case, matching the zero value that
reading `m[key]` gives.
