Apparently this is recommended for vcpkg, which makes sense as it can
help ensure all developers are using the same revision of the registry
It also lets us neatly override the defaults vcpkg uses without some
tricky other methods, or requiring us to fully vendor each triplet file
and keep it up to date

Most of these are extremely common in distributions now, so packagers
don't have much need for our in-tree versions - most don't even use them
as is
With our move to vcpkg for Windows/macOS, we also don't have a need for
them. So time to say goodbye!

`qrcodegen` isn't available in most repositories, package discovery
scripts for it are maintained in a different repository, and they are
bugged for Windows at least. This basically forces us into vendoring it,
which isn't cool; libqrencode seems like viable alternative used by many
more apps

Let's move off our custom QuaZip. In the olden times we needed the
custom version of QuaZip, as it was basically unmaintained and on
SourceForge (eww). But nowadays it's maintained and on GitHub. See
new GitHub page: https://github.com/stachenov/quazip
* It is added as a new submodule: https://github.com/MultiMC/quazip/tree/multimc-1
* Its build system has been entirely replaced to remove the existing issues with it
* It now has working unit tests
* No more patches needed
* It has a static linking exception in its license now, but we use it shared anyway
